Juice Feast Day 16

The Daily Juice Journal:

DAVID:

MORNING WATER: 1 quart water with lemon, 1 TBS MSM with 1 capsule Vitalzym and 3 drops NCD

JUICE # 1 : 9:00 AM 1 QUART GVJ with romaine, spinach, kale, parsley, celery, cucumber, cilantro, and yam with 1 TBS Vitamineral Green.

JUICE #2: 11:300 1 QUART orange, pineapple and grapefruit with 1 TBS Chlorella, 1 TBS bee pollen, and 1 TBS hemp oil

JUICE # 1:30: 1 QUART GVJ (same as above)

JUICE # 4: 3:30 1 QUART orange and grapefruit with 1 TBS bee pollen and 2 TBS Vitamineral Green.

JUICE #5: 6:30 1 QUART GVJ (same as above)

TOTAL JUICE: 5 QUARTS

Detox helpers: skin brushing, tongue scraping, walking

Exercise: 10 minute walk

KATRINA:

TOTAL JUICE: 5 QUARTS

Personal Journal:

We just saw a bobcat wandering very aware, very relaxed, across our front terrace. It was breath taking, neither of us has ever seen a bobcat, and this was truly a gift. Amazing things happen when you drink juice!! We have had coyotes, road runners, but never a bobcat!! He was SO beautiful, you should have seen David, he was nearly out of his skin with excitement!

We are both feeling awesome today. We got up, made juice, had a great visit with Frank, and have spent the rest of the day so far playing, just as we do every day. It is a good thing we play everyday, otherwise we would need a day off eventually LOL!! Ahh, it will come.
