Global Juice Feast Day 37!

We Love Raspberries!

Juice Feast Day 37

The Daily Juice Journal:

This morning we got up and made five quarts of GVJ with cucumber, celery, romaine, spinach, red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, carrot, and yam. We also made four quarts of orange, blood orange, and pineapple, and two of grapefruit garlic.

DAVID:

2 QUART GVJ, 3 QUARTS FRUIT.

TOTAL JUICE: 5 QUARTS

KATRINA:

3 QUARTS GVJ, 3 QUARTS FRUIT.

TOTAL JUICE: 6 QUARTS JUICE and 1 QUART Master Cleanser and water from 1 young coconut.

Added to juices: MSM, bee pollen, Vitamineral Green, maca, Flax/DHA oil, hemp oil, spirulina, and Kelp Granules.

Also taken: Vitalzym, MSM, Break Stone Tea, and water.

Personal Journal:

I was a juice monster again today! 6 quarts was not quite enough, and I fully enjoyed the spicy lemonade AKA Master Cleanser.

Another busy work day, but we did make time to sit in the sun and read. Such a treat. One of the books I am reading right now is Grace and Grit by Ken Wilber, a truly heart opening book about the story of the life and death of his soul mate Treya. David suggested that perhaps I wait until AFTER the intensity of the Juice Feast to read this book, but I was magnetized to it and find Treya in my dreams now. If you know someone with cancer, please read this book. If you know someone who is dying, please read this book. If you want to embrace the fact that you too will someday die, please read this book.

We began our commitment to get up at five in the mornings to meditate this morning, and that felt really good. I love being up for the sunrise, watching the movement of the day. Circadian rhythms are best joined in on for this girl, I really do feel out of sync when I don’t follow along with the sunshine by staying up late and sleeping in.

Have a beautiful Sunday!

LOVE!! YOUR JUICE!!!

OOOOOh, I love raspberries too! I'm really excited about the raspberry bed out in my backyard. I just put it in last year. I was supposed to pinch off the blossoms, but I had to let some of them grow and managed to get a little taste.

This year, their are new plants coming up all over in the bed. I need to do some research to see how to care for them - but am really looking forward to those raspberries!

FYI, the story of Hiep and the Egg is posted.
